Here at Alscott Barton we also offer two self catering cottages which both sleep 4 +cot. Situated in the small rural village of Alverdiscott and just 5 miles from the North Devon market town of Barnstaple as well as Bideford and Great Torrington. The cottages are well positioned and within easy reach of the coastline and beaches and ideally located to explore Exmoor National Park. On site amenities available for all guests.

Granary Cottage- Sleeps 4 + cot

First floor fully carpeted single storey detached cottage with access vis external staircase

  • One double room with alarm clock radio and electric blanket. One bunk bedded room. Duvets with full linen.
  • Shower room/WC. No personal towels provided.
  • L-shaped living/dining room with colour digital free-view TV.
  • Fully fitted kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Tea towels provided.
  • Oil filled radiators. Electricity included in summer rate(weekly surcharge in winter).
  • Small front lawn area with garden furniture and washing line.
  • Sorry no pets.

Stable Cottage - Sleeps 4 + cot
